    Another distinction between waste collection and disposal bags can be made based on the color of these bags. Specific local administrations may in fact require the use of bags of a first predefined color (such as black or gray) for the collection and disposal of a specific category of waste (such as non-recyclable waste), of a second default color (such as yellow) for the collection and disposal of another category of waste (such as plastic waste) and so on.
    [0005] The need to carry out more and more in-depth separations between the various types of waste, as well as the changing requirements that the various local administrations impose for the management of separate waste collection, can however make the current colors that the respective producers define for the own bags. In addition, since even within the same typology the waste can be of various sizes and, above all, of various colors, when these waste are placed in the same bag they can change the external appearance of the bag itself, especially in the case of bags. semi-transparent. In other words, when filled with waste of various kinds and of various colors, a bag of a certain predefined color can be difficult to distinguish from waste collectors compared to bags of another color, especially considering that this collection often takes place at night. or in any case in poor lighting conditions.

    [0010] These objects according to the present invention are achieved by making a disposable bag, in particular a disposable bag for the collection and disposal of domestic and / or industrial waste, as set forth in claim 1.

    [0013] With reference to the figures, some preferred embodiments of the disposable bag according to the present invention are shown. The disposable bag is indicated as a whole with the reference number 10. The disposable bag 10 consists of a first layer 12 in the form of a film and of at least a second layer 14 in the form of a film. These layers 12 and 14 in the form of a film are superimposed on each other to define the disposable bag 10, which is provided with at least one mouth 16 through which it is possible to introduce material inside the disposable bag 10. Typically the disposable bag 10 it is intended to contain waste, whether of domestic, industrial or other origin.

    [0015] According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, as shown in the attached figures, the second layer 14 in the form of a film is designed to cover at least a portion of the outer layer of the disposable bag 10, i.e. the portion which is placed in correspondence with the mouth 16 of this disposable bag 10. In other words, the disposable bag 10 can be provided with a colored strip, that is to say made with a different color than the main color of the disposable bag 10 itself, which allows to distinguish immediately and in a manner this single-use bag 10 is unmistakable compared to similar single-use and "single-color" bags.
    [0016] Preferably, the first layer 12 and the second layer 14 of the disposable bag 10 are manufactured and joined together by means of a coextrusion process of plastic materials. This plurality of disposable bags 10 therefore forms a continuous strip of predefined length which, for packaging requirements, can be rolled up to form a reel.
    [0019] Preferably, in the case of packaging in the form of a reel, the joining line 20 between pairs of contiguous disposable bags 10 can be constituted by a weakening, pre-cutting or cutting line. In this way it is easier for the user to take a single disposable bag 10 from the respective reel and to separate this disposable bag 10 from the one immediately following.
    [0020] It has thus been seen that the disposable bag according to the present invention achieves the purposes highlighted above. In particular, the double coloring of the disposable bag not only guarantees a high "distinguishability" of the bag itself, but also gives this bag a more pleasant appearance. Obviously, according to the needs and / or particular requests of the local administrations regarding the separate collection of waste, it is possible to define any combination of colors for the first layer and the second layer of the disposable bag. Purely by way of example, a non-exhaustive list of some possible color combinations is provided below, in which the first color refers to the first layer and the second color refers to the second layer of the disposable bag:black / yellow;black / orange;black White;blue / white;green Black.

    Disposable bag (10) according to claim 4, characterized in that said at least one closure strap (18) is manufactured with a third color which is different with respect to both said first color and said at least one second color.

    Disposable bag (10) according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that said at least one closure strap (18) is made of a plastic material.

    Disposable bag (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is joined to at least one other adjacent disposable bag (10) by means of at least one joining line (20) placed along respective edges of said disposable bags (10) .

    Disposable bag (10) according to claim 7, characterized in that said at least one joining line (20) consists of a weakening, pre-cutting or cutting line.
